Refund and Returns Policy - Kriya Organic Farms

At Kriya Organic Farms, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver the highest quality organic products to your doorstep. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Incorrect Products: If we delivered the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund or request a replacement.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) unless they arrive damaged or spoiled.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We can replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was shipped. Availability of exchange items is subject to stock levels.

7. Return Shipping

For returns, we will provide you with a return label, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
